Maya and Filippo live on a cruise ship with their parents. One day, their cruise ship arrives at Hawaii. The two kids learn that Hawaii has five main islands. Since they were in Hawaii, they started to say "Aloha" because it means 'hello" and "goodbye". When they arrived on the island, they received leis. They started to learn more about Hawaiian culture like hula dances and ukuleles. Maya and Filippo learned about the Hawaiian heroes and their way of life. By the end of the day, the kids learned many things about the Hawaiian culture and were happy to learn how to hula dance and play the ukulele.
